Well, we're here again. Just a few days away from another new beginning.
I've long felt that every day is a new beginning, a chance to change momentum, experience something new, and get closer to becoming a better person in some way.

Korean pancakes, called bin dae duk, are unique in that they aren't made with flour. Traditionally, bin dae duk includes small amounts of pork, but in the interest of healthy eating, this version is 100% plant-based - nothing but hearty beans, fresh vegetables, and a small amount of rice.
Lasik Surgery: When the Fine Print Applies to You
Posted By Abby Ellin on Dec 21, 2009
I WAS vain.
That’s the only way I can explain why I willingly let a doctor cut my corneas with a laser: vanity.

Raw, Dairy-Free Cheese Recipes
Posted By Dr. Ben Kim on Dec 03, 2009
I've long maintained that pasteurized dairy products should be avoided whenever possible, as regular intake of dairy is associated with a number of health challenges, the most common of which are: chronic ear infections, nasal congestion, acne, eczema, a variety of autoimmune illnesses, and even cancer.

If you're a fan of sushi, it's worth noting that some types of fish tend to contain more mercury than others; by choosing wisely, you can minimize your risk of experiencing mercury toxicity.
In a relatively unpolluted setting, raw fish is an excellent food choice for most people - few other foods provide the same abundance of healthy protein, healthy fatty acids, and micronutrients.
